Modules

  1. 01

    Desk map & failure modes

Chart your current flow from alert to closure. Identify the two bottlenecks that create audit risk.

  2. 02

    Reason codes without folklore

Practice applying codes to ambiguous CNP cases common in fintech wallets and subscriptions.

  3. 03

    Evidence hierarchy

Rank proofs: system logs, delivery, customer notices, and merchant statements. Learn what reviewers discard first.

  4. 04

    Representment drafts

Write short, chronological narratives. Peer review focuses on buried timelines and unsupported claims.

  5. 05

    Sampling for audits

Build a stratified sample and score it. Produce a findings memo leadership can act on.

  6. 06

    Mini audit presentation

Present your pack to the cohort. Incorporate feedback into a take-home remediation plan.

Learner notes

“Module 03’s evidence hierarchy changed how we reject incomplete merchant uploads. Module 04 still feels rushed if English is your second language — budget extra draft time.”

“Solid flagship. The mini audit forced our lead to admit we had no sampling method — awkward, then useful.”

FAQ

Who should enroll?

Dispute analysts with at least a few months on a live queue, team leads preparing an internal review, and compliance partners who need to understand desk reality. Absolute beginners should start with Dispute Desk Essentials.

Is this legal advice?

No. The lab teaches operational judgment and documentation habits. Regulatory interpretation for your license remains with your counsel.

What is a real limitation of this course?

We cannot repair broken data pipelines. If your merchant feeds omit fulfillment timestamps, the lab will teach you how to document the gap — not how to invent missing data. Teams expecting a plug-and-play recovery-rate lift usually leave disappointed.

How are sessions scheduled?

Live blocks land in early evening KST to cover Korea-based desks. Recordings post within 24 hours. Peer reviews have fixed deadlines.
